1. Eligibility

Only one (1) account is permitted per person unless explicitly authorized in writing by RoJuice.

You may not share accounts, sell or transfer accounts, allow third parties to access your account, or use another person's payment method without authorization.

RoJuice reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, multi-accounting, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

4. Wallet, Balances, and Virtual Credits

RoJuice may provide account balances, credits, rewards, virtual items, or similar digital assets through the platform.

You acknowledge and agree that virtual balances and digital items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed and not owned, and are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by RoJuice.

Refunds are not guaranteed once digital products, balances, or virtual items have been delivered or credited.

The Website is not a banking institution or financial service. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. RoJuice is not responsible for payment processing issues, delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party providers.

5. Fairness System & Exploitation Policy

System Authority: All outcomes, rewards, and results on RoJuice are determined exclusively by the Website's cryptographic fairness and randomization systems. Visual, interface, animation, display, or synchronization errors do not entitle users to rewards, items, balances, or outcomes not officially recorded by our backend systems.

Strict Prohibition of System Manipulation: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to exploit, manipulate, inspect network traffic to gain an unfair advantage, predict outcomes using raw cryptographic seed data, or otherwise abuse the Provably Fair system.

• Their account will be immediately and permanently terminated.
• Any pending or active winnings, prizes, rewards, and account balances will be denied, suspended, and irrevocably forfeited.
• RoJuice reserves the right to void all related game rounds, reverse transactions, and seek legal remedies where applicable.

In the event of technical issues, system errors, or exploit attempts, RoJuice reserves the right to correct balances, suspend affected activity, and audit logs to verify integrity.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use cheats, automation, bots, scripts, exploits, network inspection tools for game manipulation, or unauthorized software in connection with the Services.
• Manipulate or abuse platform systems, attempt unauthorized access to servers or infrastructure, or circumvent restrictions or bans.
• Use stolen payment methods, engage in fraud, chargebacks, or abusive conduct.
• Harass or impersonate others, abuse promotional systems or referral/reward mechanisms, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, reversal of rewards, and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, graphics, interfaces, logos, designs, functionality, and materials available on RoJuice are owned by or licensed to RoJuice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without prior written permission from RoJuice.
